ACCEPTED FILE TYPES
We prefer to receive PDF files, however we also except native files from many popular applications. Please
review the information below to set up your PDF document for printing.
PDF creation basic settings:
• “Press Quality” settings
• Don’t downsample
• Compress text and line art
• Embed all fonts
• Don’t subset fonts
• DO apply crop marks
• 1/8” (.125”) bleeds if job bleeds
While we do except native application files, our workflow is 100% PDF based so there is a $25 charge for
sending these type files as our staff will be creating the PDF file for you. If you need help producing a Print
Quality PDF or Postscript file from any of the above applications, please give us a call at 1-877-353-8991 and
one of our pre-press professionals will help you through the process via telephone and save you that $25 charge.
Should you need help getting started, we have templates already set-up for any project found in this
booklet. Please contact one of our Customer Service Representatives to have a template emailed to you
for any of the popular page layout applications.

We know you’re busy, so if you don’t have the time to pull a project together like this we also offer design
service. One of our artist will take your project under his or her wing and keep you in the loop through the
